  • Kola has guest lectured on public speaking in different seminars /conferences and has developed and facilitated leadership and peak performance programs for numbers of organizations. He’s led conferences for the African Child Development Foundation (ACDF) Key Leader Program, and helped develop the Police Assistance Committee of Nigeria (PAC) in ICT Innovation Training and installation in many commands across the country, which honored Kola many recognition as a diligent trustee and business developer. 

  • He facilitated cash them young programs of New Dawn Foundation, an initiative of Hon. Babatunde Jimoh Adewale [Member, Federal House of Representatives] Apapa constituency Lagos. 

  • Kola is currently partnering with Delight of God International Ministry on women development in tolerance and ICT EMPOWERMENT program for youth and old alike.

In 2008 he built and currently serve as the CEO Dallenk Global Concept, an Media and Printing Advertisement & ICT Solutions outfit, with two subsidiaries to his credit which include: 
  • (1) LAMP (Leadership And Mentorship Platform) a training Academy, 
  • (2) Dallenk Global Logistics & Automobile.

  • In other to accomplished his purpose being an enthusiastic one who derives joy in human capacity building and selfless engagement he founds (LAMP) as an empowerment Centre where he currently serve as President and Trainer.

  • He is managing numbers of employees while still on the road speaking and do his selfless engagements recently honored the Edible Arrangements “Outstanding Social Director” award from National Association of Polytechnic Accountancy Student NAPAS Lagos State Polytechnic Chapter. He’s a popular Innovative, Empowerment and Relationship speaker.
